Monthly Budget payments, on your estimated usage, we calculate the cost for the entire season of propane. We then set up a monthly payment, to be paid by check or automatically through Credit Card or EFT Payment. This spreads the cost for heating season through the year.
Prices are locked in, for the heating season, until the budgeted amount has been delivered, if there has been failure to keep up payments, or up until March 31st*.

We also use Tank Monitors. These read the level gauge of the tank, and report their status on an every-other-day or daily basis (to T-J Gas.) They also send alerts at certain level checkpoints. For now, these are placed for high-use customers, and groupings of customers within delivery routes to better schedule auto-fills. We're slowly rolling out more as we get them in.
If not already on a pre-pay or budget plan, payments are due within 30 days.
